Youth Climate Leaders – Senior Economic directors symposium in London

This August, Peakline Mastery presents a unique five-day leadership experience that brings together senior directors and emerging youth climate leaders from around the globe. Set in London, the programme blends high-level executive training, collaborative proposal development, and diplomatic engagement to promote intergenerational cooperation in global climate action.

Senior directors from ministries, central banks, and public institutions will engage in expert-led sessions on economics, ESG, and strategy, supported by insights from top scholars and Peakline consultants. Simultaneously, selected youth delegates will participate as observers and contributors—offering fresh perspectives and building bridges across generations.



Programme Highlights


Daily leadership sessions on ESG, climate economics, and governance




  • Contributions from scholars at Oxford, Cambridge, and LSE

  • Visits to leading sustainability hubs in London

  • Interactive “WeValue” workshop with Prof. Marie Harder (Fudan University)

  • Final roundtable hosted by the Embassy of Mexico, with diplomatic guests


Throughout the week, participants co-create action plans, reflect on challenges, and collaborate on strategies for global cooperation. Each session concludes with youth-led dialogue and a structured Q&A.
